Carrot Cake Smoothie

I like something healthy especially when it taste like it’s suppose to be bad for you. In my opinion this tastes similar to carrot cake but with out the added calories. I also can get some veggies in my diet easier this way. If you try this recipe let me know how it is.

What You’ll Need

1 cup of carrots

Handful of spinach

1/4 cup of craisins or raisins

1 cup of vanilla or regular almond milk

dash of cinnamon (however much you like)

Blend all ingredients together. Pour over ice if desired. Enjoy!
